The bike showed up just fine, so no big complaints there tbh. But the packaging was kinda rough and looked like it had been through a lot lol. Luckily nothing seemed damaged...

I had an issue with one of my wheels and wasn’t sure how long it was going to take to get sorted, but they answered quickly and just handled the warranty without making it a whole thing. A few days later it was all taken care of, which was a relief because you never really know with warranty stuff. Overall, really easy experience

I’ve been riding this bike for a little while now, and overall it’s okay. It looks really nice and the frame feels solid, but some of the smaller parts kinda feel on the cheaper side. I had to make a few adjustments after about a week, which was a little disappointing. For the price, it’s not a bad buy, I just kinda expected it to feel a bit better overall.

I did eventually get my issue sorted out, but it was more of a hassle than it needed to be. Customer service took way too long to reply, and when they did, the answers were short and not always clear. I kept feeling like I had to ask follow-up questions just to understand what was going on, which was annoying. It worked out in the end, but the communication could definitely be better

I had a decent experience overall, but the stock was kind of inconsistent. A few things I wanted were out of stock, which was a little frustrating. The site itself was easy enough to use, though, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not perfect...

The return policy seems fair to me. I like that the steps are spelled out and it doesn’t feel like they’re trying to hide anything. Only thing is, I kinda wish the return window and any possible fees were a little clearer right away. I haven’t actually had to use it yet, but from what I can tell, it seems decent enough.

I got my bike from thronecycles.com, and the brakes have been solid so far. They stop quick enough in traffic, which was the main thing I cared about, and they don’t feel sketchy or anything. I did have to mess with them a little at first, just some adjusting, but after that they’ve been fine. I reached out to support and never got a reply, which made it even more frustrating. After two days of trying, I gave up. it felt misleading and like I wasted my time.

I ordered a few bike parts from thronecycles.com, and based on the tracking updates I assumed everything was going to be smooth. Shipping was fine, but once I opened the package, one part was a different size than what I selected and another small piece just wasn’t in there at all.

Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took a little while and I had to repeat the same details more than once. Maybe it was just a mix-up, but it gave me the impression their order checking process might be a bit inconsistent. Not a terrible experience, just annoying when you expect the right stuff the first time.

I’ve been using this bike to get around town and it’s been good overall. It handles regular city riding just fine, bumps, stops, weaving through traffic, all that. The seat does get uncomfortable after a while though, so that’s something I noticed quickly. But for errands, short rides, getting from one place to another, it does the job...

I ordered a couple of accessories from Throne Cycles thinking they’d work with my bike, but they just didn’t fit right. The product info on the site wasn’t clear enough, so I only found out once they showed up.

It turned into a return and a bunch of extra time trying to figure out what went wrong, which felt avoidable. it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order accessories from them again.
